Shipping times may vary based on your location and the quantity ordered, but we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates during the checkout process. To make this possible we try our best to send your order via fastest & best logistics in INDIA.
• Shipping Policy
Typically, orders are shipped within 7 days from finalizing the label, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delays beyond 7 days are communicated promptly, with tracking details sent upon shipment. You can track all orders live from the courier portal. In an emergency if the label is finalised we can also ship the order within 2-3 days totally depending on the finalisation of the label and if any other orders are not in the process.
After Dispatch, the delivery across India takes about 3 – 6 Working Days. Please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and sometimes beyond human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.
We utilize trusted shipping partners to guarantee the safe and timely delivery of your order. Our trusted shipping partners, including DTDC and other reliable couriers, guarantee safe and timely delivery, and tracking details are provided for your convenience.
• Shipping Charges
All prices include GST, and packaging charges are applied as shown during checkout. If applicable, shipping costs are transparently displayed before payment. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are deducted from refunds.
• Packaging & Handling Charges
We Procure specialise secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tamper proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Packing Charges.

In the rare event of any issues or delays, our customer support team is ready to assist you. We are committed to maintaining transparency throughout the shipping and delivery process, aiming to exceed your expectations with every order from Just Voda.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final with no refunds, credits or exchanges. If an order is cancelled during the art proofing process, a Rs. 20000/- cancellation fee will apply for graphics/art design time. If a product is produced and an order is cancelled during the production process, customer will be billed for the entire order amount with no exceptions.
If product arrives damaged in any way, please discuss with an associate about submitting a claim or replacement procedures if the carrier deems the product non usable. Pictures , documentation and damage evidence from the freight company and driver will be required. Most orders have a production time of 14-21 business days not including weekends or holidays. No refunds or credits on any unused products for special events. All sales are final.
